Taramosalata is Greek-style caviar spread made from the delicate roe of carp. It can be served as a dip with vegetables or as a spread on bread or crackers. Excellent when served as an appetizer spread on crisp crackers and served with dolmas, feta, Kalamata olives, tomato slices & a squeeze of fresh lemon! 

A delicacy in Greece, Taramosalata is a mainstay on Greek and Turkish Meze tables and a delicious addition to an hors d’oeuvres platter. Made from tiny fish roe, which we cure and age for one year, Krinos Smoked Taramosalata is made with a delicate blend of lemon juice, oil and special seasonings that add to its smoky flavor.
