Krinos Roasted Sweet Red Peppers in Vinegar Brine
We’ve taken all of the hard work out of making homemade roasted red peppers! At Krinos, we start by selecting only the plumpest red bell peppers growing in the lush valleys of Northern Greece. We then oven roast and marinate the large, tender meaty pepper pieces in aged wine vinegar. Krinos Roasted Red Peppers are nutritious and delicious right out of the jar, and the perfect centerpiece to a Salumi or Meze platter. Use our peppers to impart smoky, sweet red pepper goodness to omelettes, pasta sauces and salads.
