 Using “Baba Gina’s” original secret family recipe from 1965, Dim’s Mild Homestyle Avjar (prononouced eye-var) is made with fire roasted red bell peppers, roasted eggplant and sunflower oil. Ajvar is a staple spread in the Balkans known for its tangy, red pepper flavor. Smooth in texture, our Homestyle Ajvar is delicious on toast, or on a bagel, and a classic relish.
